Badge Order Form

Order a PARC name badge with your name and call sign.

How it works

1. Fill in the form below. Every badge is the standard PARC 2×4 inch badge in club colors, with your call sign, name and (if you like) your city.
2. We check your order against the member list and send it to our engraver, Oceanside Engraving.
3. Oceanside Engraving contacts you directly about payment ($15 a badge) and arranges a time for you to pick it up. The club doesn’t handle badge payments.
